Trip to Canada: Around and About

aWhile in Canada, we did several smaller outings. We enjoyed time at the water park at Bear Creek Park, playing around the lake at Green Timbers (the park just across the road from Jordan's Grandparent's home), and also some good relaxing around the house.

Our first full day in Canada we did some food shopping and some gift shopping. The gifts pictured below are from their Great Grandma and Grandpa. The doll is their Great Grandma's doll, dressed in one of many handmade outfits. The kids also picked out two wooden puzzles from their Great Aunt M. Lily ended up spending most of her time around the house sitting in the pink doll high chair herself. :)

Bear Creek Park

Lily was inside the circle, playing in tiny squirts of water, when suddenly the water came shooting out and surprised her very much! She was not happy!

Green Timbers

The kids enjoyed playing at the lake at Green timbers!

The lawn area is very nice, with some shady spots. Perfect for some stroller pushing exercises!

Towards the end of our trip, we all were tired and needed a little easy rest time. Thankfully, we brought Cars along!

We met up with Jordan's cousins one evening, for some delicious take out Indian food and some park play!

 Teeter Totter!

A tired Oliver. Quiet lap time is rare and cherished. :)

We also enjoyed a delicious meal and family visit at Jordan's Aunt and Uncle's home! The food was so delicious and we took no photos! We enjoyed local produce and sausage and some of the best ice cream ever! :)
